Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust (store bought or homemade)
- whipped cream
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Put piecrust in owen for 8 minutes then take out and cool.
- in a large bowl-- combine sugar & flour. Stir in one egg at a time. Add butter, buttermilk, salt and vanilla.
- pour mixture into piecrust shell.
- bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 30 additional minutes. cool and serve with whipped cream.
